I 2024, STARK kicked off an incredible adventure called "Såsresan", in collaboration with Kebabspotting.
This journey led to a documentary series about the land of kebab sauce, where Jiray Seropian traveled across the country, visiting countless kebab restaurants—from Kiruna in the north to Malmö in the south.
So far, six episodes of "Såsresan" have been published on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, achieving great success with over one million views. The series has also received considerable attention in the local press.
Our guide, Jiray Seropian, is a true kebab enthusiast and the founder of the acclaimed restaurant Meat On A Stick (MOAS).
