Göteborgs Stadsmission/Dear Friends | 2021
The aid agency Göteborgs Stadsmission has around 270 volunteers. As a volunteer, you contribute with time and commitment in delivering bags of food to families with children living in poverty, handing out clothes to the city´s homeless, serving food, washing dishes at the aid organization’s centers, helping parents that come to their Christmas shop and much more. An effort that is even more important when the temperature drops and the snow swirls on the streets.
To pay a tribute to all the volunteers and to collect gifts, giving the possibility for a merrier Christmas, we produced this Christmas commercial pro bono for Stadsmissionen.
In the film, the artist Miriam Bryant does a fantastic version of the Swedish band Kent´s song “Vinternoll2”, as a tribute to all volunteers and to all parents who fight for the sake of their children.
“When asked, it was a matter of course to be a part of this project. Gothenburg is my hometown and I have seen in person how Stadsmissionen really helps people who have a hard time, says Miriam Bryant.”
